The entire Managment Team also has a strong focus on employee engagement and benefits. Pro-Vac hosts several company, team, and community events throughout the year to promote a family environment, as well as give back to the communities they serve.

Pro-Vac is always growing and evolving to become better. Continuous improvement and Growth - bother personally and organizationally - are the name game. If you're not a hard worker that wants to work with an A-Team, this place is not for you.

Coworkers in accounting were good. Everyone office side (I cannot speak for technicians) under a lot of pressure.

A lot of time spent explaining and re-explaining how the business works and established payment arrangements on a weekly basis to people at the PE firm that owns them. PE only cared about money, not long term plans or customer retention. Had a manager and a CFO fired when I was there, and had to find out from coworkers as there is no communication.
