Coworkers in accounting were good. Everyone office side (I cannot speak for technicians) under a lot of pressure.
Cons
A lot of time spent explaining and re-explaining how the business works and established payment arrangements on a weekly basis to people at the PE firm that owns them. PE only cared about money, not long term plans or customer retention. Had a manager and a CFO fired when I was there, and had to find out from coworkers as there is no communication.
High turnover, unprofessional management and coworkers, zero opportunites to move up. Old and unreliable equipment. Unrealistic goals and management has not idea on how to grow organically by offering additional services.
