      Great work for young engineers trying to get a foot in the door. The training you receive is top notch.

      Cons

      Management will take advantage of this and underpay you out of training. A $60k base out of training for an engineer with no work life balance who travels 24/7 is crazy. 3 Weeks PTO for the first 18 months of employment.

      Pros

      You get to work on some great projects and the camaraderie is definitely there.

      Cons

      Extensive travel and sometimes projects are so new you have to figure things out to get through the hiccups. Also, getting let go because of the Covid Pandemic.
