Pros
I've worked for ProLink for almost a decade. Obviously, there are some great pros to keep me along with many others that have stayed 5, 10, 15 years and are still dedicated. 1. The people are smart, passionate and fun to be around. 2. It's a small office of under 50 employees total, so you get to be involved in a lot of different projects wearing many different hats--- everyone has a visible impact on our production team and ideas can quickly turn into action items. 3. It's an agile shop with squads made up of all departments- great communication and collaboration that way. 4. There is a fully stocked kitchen with mason jar salads brought in weekly! 5. Benefits are awesome and way better than 99.9% of other businesses- you really feel that the Owners/Management care about the well being of their employees (both personal and professional well being). 6. The business is really growing strongly, more than I've seen over the last 10 years! 7. Great laid-back culture and work-life balance. Work hard, play hard!
Cons
They need more people. We're growing so fast in sales that we need to catch up on our staffing, especially experienced developers... which is partly why I'm inclined to write this review and let everyone know how great it is to work here. Case and point of how much I feel my impact helps this business succeed.
