Pros

-Amazing teammates that become like family -Lots of unrealized potential -Some managers have tried to make things better but have either gotten fired for not going along with all the craziness, have had to start going along with the insanity to keep their jobs, or are too far removed to know what’s going on

Cons

If you are on this page it’s probably either because you are deciding if this is a good organization to work for or you currently work there and are trying to determine your level of sanity. I want you to know that YOU ARE NOT CRAZY. The things this company does are not normal. They will tell you they are, but they are absolutely 100% not. How they treat you IS NOT NORMAL. Having a boss whose motto is “if you can’t take advantage of your friends who can you take advantage of?” IS NOT NORMAL. Having leaders who threaten your job on a weekly basis with no merit, berate, and belittle you, publicly shame you, tell you that you’re all replaceable, talk down to you, downright frighten you IS NOT NORMAL. Feeling unsafe at work IS NOT NORMAL. The amount of employees that are riddled with anxiety and depression because they aren’t happy but feel like they can’t leave because management has brain washed them into believing their is no life on the other side and that the friends you’ve made, that you’re now heavily trauma bonded to, will desert you when you quit is not true and also NOT NORMAL. You are NOT just too emotional, people do not treat people this way at other organizations. Employees at my current organization are horrified when I tell them how things were run here. I am making this post for any of you reading this that are unhappy but too scared to leave because of all the thoughts they put in your head. There is life on the other side. It is okay to leave. You will be just fine, I promise.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that your time at ProPharma ended with such strong feelings. While we don’t agree with the characterizations made in this review, we recognize that this was your personal perspective, and we take it seriously — especially from someone who spent several years with the company. Many of the statements shared are inconsistent with the culture we strive to create and the experiences of the majority of our team members, past and present. That said, we fully acknowledge that no workplace is perfect, and we’re continually working to grow and evolve — including refining our communication practices, leadership development, and employee engagement efforts. We are committed to fostering a respectful, supportive environment where all employees feel safe and valued. All managers receive annual harassment prevention and sensitivity training, and we have protocols in place to investigate concerns through third-party resources when appropriate. We also take employee feedback seriously, and many improvements have come directly from the insights of those working within our teams. We will continue listening, learning, and making the changes necessary to support a healthier workplace for everyone. We wish you the best in your continued career and appreciate the time you spent with us. Sincerely, ProPharma Management

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for highlighting both the strengths and challenges of the role. We're glad to hear you've experienced the earning potential and supportive environment we work hard to cultivate. We recognize that building a book of business from the ground up can be a slower start, especially in a complex and highly regulated industry like ours. That said, we believe in rewarding persistence — and as you've seen, those who stay focused and deliver results can earn significantly through our tiered commission structure and performance-based flexibility. While we may not have traditional corporate "ladders," we’ve seen many employees grow into leadership roles, take on special projects, or transition into different areas of the business as we expand. We always encourage team members to speak with leadership about their long-term goals so we can support their continued development, both personally and professionaly. Thank you again for your contributions and for being part of the ProPharma team! Sincerely, ProPharma Management

Pros

Initial promises of growth and autonomy. Opportunity to build external relationships in medical distribution. Remote flexibility for field sales.

Cons

Commission structure lacked transparency and consistent documentation. Earned compensation was disputed, delayed, or reduced without clear written justification. Repeated requests for reporting were ignored or deflected. Leadership avoided accountability when discrepancies were raised. Payroll practices created unnecessary financial strain and distrust. Agreements felt conditional rather than binding. Internal communication shifted when issues escalated..
