Pros

-Great recruiters that put me in contact with their client for a job opportunity -Assessed my background well and account manager put me up with a fair pay offer for my position They utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to gather qualified candidates

Cons

-The initial recruiter kind of hard-balled me, while I was unemployed, for a lower salary offer - BUT the account manager reviewed my resume/experience and offered me more so I wouldn't have to take a pay cut -A little warning of the extensiveness of the onboarding process for their client would have been nice from the recruiters EX: heads up of the Fingerprinting, eQIP Background forms, drug test, and Various federal employment forms would have bee nice. The gov't client pretty much went through every aspect of my life for the past 7 years- But I was warned by the end employer it could take up to 2 months for the suitability process

Pros

- Amazing team culture - Plenty of room for career growth and skill development - Flexible hybrid schedule makes work-life balance realistic - Leadership invests in employee success and professional development

Cons

- Government contracting work can be unpredictable - Workload shifts depending on contract wins, which can cause sudden changes in priorities - Some challenges are simply outside the company’s or your control

Pros

The company has access to a lot of clients that are not otherwise available from public sites. Compensation is fair and average

Cons

Extremely unprofessional and arrogant Account Executive (Wild). They use empty promises and deception to recruit. Such lies form a toxic foundation for trying to find employees and cause more damage than good. Stay away and don’t waste your time
