Awful culture - Sales Profisee Employee Review

Good place to work, diverse clientele, challenging projects

Not too many things to complain about. Doesn't pay as much as larger companies but still competitive enough to live a good lifestyle.

Profisee has a solid product and a fair reputation within the Microsoft ecosystem. The company offers flexibility for remote employees, which is appreciated.

My experience was marked by constant instability — too many leadership changes and territory reassignments. It was difficult to build momentum or execute any long-term strategy. I never felt like a valued member of the team. The culture tends to reward the loudest voices rather than collaboration. Communication and alignment between leadership and field teams need serious improvement.
