I was lied to. My position was gradually becoming something that was not in my original area of expertise and did not completely align with what I was originally hired for. But that's not the part that upsets me. I received an improvement plan containing a few areas that contained deadlines to meet and an area of engagement. I received numerous compliments saying that I was doing great with improving my team engagement and I was all set to have the other work completed by the established deadlines. A week before said deadlines, they let me go without even bringing up the established plan or listing the reasons. I believed that my job was safe due to the compliments on my work and engagement and because I was able to meet the established deadlines. I was told that if I aligned with the plan, I would continue with my position. Apparently, this was not the case. My team superior that I reported to regularly was not completely clear on what they wanted. Apparently, they told me they wanted A, B, and C from me. During my final meeting, I guess they actually wanted D, E, and F from me. It would have been nice if I was informed about that.

Your commission is a decent part of your total pay. Profisee pays your commission after they get paid by the customer. Unfortunately, their product frequently faces performance challenges that it cannot overcome. This leads to unpaid customer invoices, which then leads to unpaid commissions.
