Pros

I left another MSP that focused on one specific industry with one specific solution set. Progressive has given me the opportunity to see numerous solutions, grow my skill-set, and build solutions that are specific to customers needs, rather than forcing the client’s technology to fit one specific network model. The company has gone through restructuring and new ownership over the past couple of years that has allowed for additional growth and advancement within the company.

Cons

Fast paced environment that can take a little time to adjust to.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

If you're considering employment with Complete Network / Progressive Technology, I would strongly advise against it. Upon leaving the company, I was pressured to sign a "Severance, Waiver, and Confidentiality Agreement" which would have required that I not make any negative, critical, disparaging, slanderous or libelous statements about the company. Bottom line, they didn't want you to see this review. I turned down the offer of a severance payment of a lump sum payment of $2,308 (less appropriate tax and other legally required withholdings) and refused to sign the agreement. Therefore, it cost me roughly $2000 to write the very words that you are reading and to tell you to not consider employment with Complete Network / Progressive Technology. I am more than happy to say that I consider that money well spent. If reading this prevents even one person from making the mistake of being employed with this company, I would consider that a good investment. Imagine how bad a company must be to work for if a former employee is willing to give up severance pay just to be able to warn others to stay away. Good luck with your job search and keep on looking.
