If you're considering employment with Complete Network / Progressive Technology, I would strongly advise against it. Upon leaving the company, I was pressured to sign a "Severance, Waiver, and Confidentiality Agreement" which would have required that I not make any negative, critical, disparaging, slanderous or libelous statements about the company. Bottom line, they didn't want you to see this review. I turned down the offer of a severance payment of a lump sum payment of $2,308 (less appropriate tax and other legally required withholdings) and refused to sign the agreement. Therefore, it cost me roughly $2000 to write the very words that you are reading and to tell you to not consider employment with Complete Network / Progressive Technology. I am more than happy to say that I consider that money well spent. If reading this prevents even one person from making the mistake of being employed with this company, I would consider that a good investment. Imagine how bad a company must be to work for if a former employee is willing to give up severance pay just to be able to warn others to stay away.
