- flache Hierarchien und eine offene Kommunikation, in der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt - auf die Meinung des Einzelnen wird viel Wert gelegt - Raum für Feedback wird gegeben und sich auch zu Herzen genommen - eigene Projekte und spannende Aufgaben - Dachterrasse zum Draußen-Arbeiten - Herzliche, offene und junge Kollegen - frisches Obst und großzügige Getränkeauswahl - Kicker und Playstation

Cons

- wegen der Verteilung auf den Etagen, nicht so viel Kontakt zu den Kollegen, mit denen man nicht zusammenarbeitet
