Pros

1) Working at a VC provides me with the opportunity to learn a lot about starting up a company. 2) It is a company that really live by its cultures. 3) Teammates are supporting and warm. 4) You get involved right from the first week :)

Cons

1) Lot of information to handle which can be overwhelming in the beginning but you get used to it as time goes on :)
