Pros

The only good thing about working at PRG is the hours flexibility. You can chose the hours you work as long as you're doing an eight hour day.

Cons

PRG is actually a joke. The only people who get hired are friends and family and the first ones to get laid off are the one who have no tie. There is no opportunity for growth and the only ones who actually move up are the ones who are somehow related to someone in upper management. The other thing about PRG is that they think they are a company but they are just an agency with benefits. All work is for Spectrum, so we are contractors for Spectrum! I also want to add that i have been facing major racism.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you had a strong team and supportive leadership. That’s something we place a lot of value on. We also appreciate the feedback on PTO. We regularly review our benefits to stay aligned with the market and to ensure they meet the needs of our employees, and input like this is helpful as part of that process. Thanks again for taking the time to provide your perspective.

Pros

Great company culture when it comes to management being hands-off and trusting employees to be adults and mature about decisions on a daily basis. Hybrid work is a great plus because it shows trust and there is no micromanagement.

Cons

Hard to move up and make more money. Leadership doesn't seem to be paying attention to who is ambitious and doing an excellent job daily.
