Pros
The work is pretty reasonable in terms of hours and workload for a consultancy. The quality of work was quite good.
Cons
It's all very peppy, forced enthusiasm, forced ra-ra yay team, heavy expectations to socialise with the company out of hours. No systems though, so no consistency in how things were done. Management refused to invest in a proper consultancy repository, so it's a glorified contractor-managament house that does good QC on the finished product, rather than a proper methodology / IP-driven consulting house.
