Money was good when the market was strong. Great training.

Long hours and lots of mandatory trainings.

The culture is like no other company I've ever worked for. The commissions are fair as well as the bonuses. Great place to get started in an investment real estate and sales. Sales training is amazing, daily trainings and constantly sharpening the tools. Oliver Founder/CEO was a great leader and cared very much about his staff and employees and never once did he refer me as his employee or staff etc. He carried the responsibility as the CEO and even was willing to go back on the phones with his army. This man is the reason I am in business today.

Like any other work places there was cons but it wasn't because of the company but more so the wrong people and leadership that was hired at the time. Sometimes we were belittled by the people on salaries not knowing that US ( the agents ) were the reason they were getting paid (RAMS). Sometimes they were too quick kill a deal after hours of negotiations and working hard to lock up a deal.
