Our process, modeled after competitive environments like the NFL, is tailored to understand each candidate. Sometimes, this results in realizing a role might not be the perfect fit for an individual, but it's always to ensure success for all parties involved.
Our shadowing phase is intentionally designed for observation to prioritize listening and watching versus direct interaction. We acknowledge we may need to communicate this clearly, and we're committed to enhancing this aspect for clarity in the future.
Our headquarters is in the DCOTA building, which boasts almost 800,000 sq ft and more than 35 premier designer showrooms. We're proud of the space we have intentionally designed for our team.
