Pros

Bonus.. small. But everyone gets one regardless even if you do nothing to help the team or buisness.

Cons

Toxic, toxic, and toxic, no structure for bad behaviour. No one will address nasty and rude remarks it gets ignored. If you want to work with people who get away with anything and can put up with it making your job harder, or just not care like them and everyone else in the office. Then this is the place to be!

Cons

Working at Propertymark has been one of the most disappointing professional experiences of my life. Beneath the polished branding lies a deeply toxic workplace, where racism, favouritism, and elitism are baked into the culture. If you’re not white, not part of their social bubble, or simply an immigrant trying to work hard and grow, prepare to be sidelined, ignored, and judged for everything from your accent to your lunch. The white snobbish cliques dominate every corner of the office, and management does absolutely nothing to challenge this behaviour—in fact, they enable it. Sarcasm and passive-aggression are treated as normal communication, even when it hurts people. You’ll be expected to smile and take it because “that’s just how things are here.” This isn’t banter—it’s bullying disguised as office humour. The pay is insultingly low for the amount of work expected, and don’t expect appreciation or flexibility. You’re just a body to them unless you’re part of the in-group. Hardworking, capable staff from minority backgrounds are often overworked and underacknowledged, while favourites coast along with little scrutiny. No diversity, no inclusion, no growth. Just outdated, small-minded office politics dressed up in fake professionalism. Avoid this place if you value your dignity, your identity, or your peace of mind.
