No structure or plan, vague feedback, no long term goals, no transparency, ever changing goal posts, rude long term staff, archaic board and decisions.

Pros

Bonus.. small. But everyone gets one regardless even if you do nothing to help the team or buisness.

Cons

Toxic, toxic, and toxic, no structure for bad behaviour. No one will address nasty and rude remarks it gets ignored. If you want to work with people who get away with anything and can put up with it making your job harder, or just not care like them and everyone else in the office. Then this is the place to be!
