- Hires interesting awesome people who genuinely care and fit the company culture - CEO is approachable and caring - Interesting problems to work on - Some cool R&D from time to time - Lots of fun activities that genuinely bring people together
Cons
- Family atmosphere is an like pouring gasoline on the gossip forest - Excessively vulnerable to the sunk-cost-fallacy for some reason - Project management style tends to lead to long hours and high-anxiety slogs - Compensation below industry standards (would be less of an issue if not for the previous con)
