The team atmosphere at Propylon is incredibly inclusive and welcoming from day one. The CEO is very approachable, fostering transparency and trust within the company. The culture of easy communication with the leadership team ensures that all my ideas are taken into consideration. This collaborative approach to decision-making encourages me to believe that I will be able to expedite my career growth within the organisation. The technical leadership team is exceptional. Exemplified by the Head of Technology who combines technical expertise with a people centred approach, leading the success of the organisation, Engineers at all levels are encouraged to take personal responsibility for their work and to impact engineering practices. The Great Place to Work (GPTW) team is highly engaged in making Propylon a great place for everyone through various initiatives and activities.
