Has a good relationship between work and your private life, has a good schedules and has a lot of flexibility. Is growing so could have some opportunities to relocations personal Is the tipical spanish enterprise with good labour hours and enough holidays
Cons
Poor salaries Does not have a promotional career to employees motivation Direction staff has another goals than the intermediate managers Has a RRHH culture from 70´s, they don´t protect to people only have individual goals.
