Thank you, Prove team member, for this thorough and honest feedback. We definitely agree about the onboarding process. To that end, we have implemented a Learning Management System recently to provide job-specific training, work examples, and job knowledge quizzes so that new team members can be reasonably assured that they understand the work.
Of course, nothing substitutes for one-on-one time so, as you know, we have an active mentorship program where more senior team members provide life and business mentoring to more junior members. I have mentored a number of our associates with beach walk-and-talks for years and I and my mentees have found them invaluable.
We are a unique agency in that our team stays for a long time--this favors us over other firms because digital marketing is, frankly, a business of tiny details and synchronized swimming. A revolving door isn't helpful, and we are grateful to have had a stable team for many years.
