Pros

Being a small environment makes it easy to make friends here. There is also a holiday party held every year so that's fun. The quality of life is pretty decent here as well all depending on what account you're on. You also have access to the BBDO floors which makes it seem like you're in a bit of a bigger agency and allows you to network with people up there. Some accounts at this agency work in an integrated capacity with BBDO from what I've heard which can also be a bonus. They don't pay for a work phone HOWEVER they do allow you to submit your own phone bill for reimbursement - so that's nice.

Cons

There is no office culture - literally none. Also, leadership isn't really interested in the growth of the employees - as long as the company is making a profit, it doesn't really care if you are able to pay your own bills. If you have to travel for work, it's on you - no corporate card system is in place. BBDO seems to pretty much disdain working with us which makes for some uncomfortable situations here. There is no reward system here - if your work wins an award, you have to front the money to pay for your own statue - the company won't even pay for you to have one. There is also no attempt to grow employees here by investing in them experiencing new things - SXSW, Cannes, etc. Only senior management (if anyone) goes - no one younger gets to learn.
