      Decent pay, W2, coworkers nice.

      Cons

      Not reliable work. They hire to many teachers, then end up with not enough positions for everyone. I worked there for 2 straight years. And nothing after those 2 years. You just get left on a cliff. Then after 1 year of no work, i check this year 2025. I couldn't access my email. I requested to have a new password, they kept sending the same generated message about what i should do which was no help. Then they without notice just shut all of my login down.

      VTA Training staff and materials.

      Extremely time consuming and involved VTA training. It was not as simple as described during the interview process.

      Good hourly pay ($40/hr but little hours so keep that in mind)

      Bad communication during onboarding process. Got hired initially for the fall then got told the district paused their contract and they wouldn't be starting anytime soon. Later got confirmation we would start for the Spring semester. It wasn't after I sent multiple emails about my concern about not haring any solid information about a starting day that they informed me I would be able to begin late February. Apparently due to not many positions being open. Our contract was for until towards the end of the school year but then got notified that our site intended to end our services late April a week in advance of our last day.
