Pros
Easy for LPC-Associates to get full caseloads. 1099 workers have flexible schedules and can choose to work remotely, in-office, or hybrid. EHR is easy to use. Valuable experience working with a variety of clients. Very nice dedicated offices for therapists. Valuable training and support from team lead. Easy for new hires to get questions answered.
Cons
Lots of no-shows. No payment to therapist for no-shows. Clients without verified insurance or completed consent forms are scheduled and take slots away from established clients. Clients have to wait 2 months for their second appointment due to caseload being filled up very quickly when newly hired.
