      No benefits to working here

      Cons

      The business model is to get as much work out of each employee as possible. Then they push until a worker can safely do no more. Think 5 minute patient visits. Most providers seeing 250 pts in 2 weeks and even this is considered marginally "productive". Employees promised more help but they are just strung along. The business model is to make as much from each provider as possible then stretch it some more. Absolutely no benefits (no pto. you pay 100% of insurance) Can't take a day off for any reason.

      There are no pros to this position. Run for the hills.

      Cons

      Poor communication. Lots of finger-pointing. Kept in the dark regarding start date, pay, and strung along for a week before being told that the contracted hospital didn't approve of my credentials. Not paying people on time.
