Not much, so don't even bother. Working here was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had; I regret ever applying for a position here in the first place...
Cons
Leadership only cares about making money. They're incredibly short-sighted and constantly make terrible decisions, chasing quick profits while completely ignoring the long-term. I couldn't see Psynergy Programs seeing much success in the future, so I left before the ship sank.
