Psynergy Programs interview questions

I was contacted via phone by HR Rep based in Morgan Hill. Interview was scheduled within a week. Interview was panel of staff including direct line staff and site clinical supervisor which lasted about 45 minutes. This also included a brief tour of the facility led by line staff. I was contacted about 1 week later by HR with an offer.

- Online or paper application/resume/cover letter submission - Brief phone screening - In-person interview (2 - dependent on position, panel or individual interviews are given. Interviews are structured, though there is flexibility for germane, supplemental topics. Interview centers around KSAO's, situational judgment, and fit of potential employee to company vision/values.) - Background check (fingerprint, reimbursed)
