Fair Warning - Market Manager Public Label Employee Review

My experience at Public Label was overwhelmingly negative. The role I was hired for was misrepresented, and the actual responsibilities were far beyond what was communicated during the hiring process. Leadership frequently displayed inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, and there was little to no support when issues were raised. The workload was excessive, with unrealistic expectations and minimal resources. HR failed to address serious concerns and seemed more focused on protecting leadership than supporting employees. I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy or ethical workplace.
