Puronics, Incorporated is a leading water treatment equipment manufacturer headquartered in Livermore, California. Puronics got its start as the Ionics Consumer Water Products Group in 1947 as a division of Ionics, Incorporated. GE spun out the Ionics Consumer Water Group as a separate, independent company in February, 2006. At that time, the Ionics® brand name was updated to Puronics. Puronics continues to manufacture Ionics and Puronics brand products to the same high standards and proprietary specifications that have been followed over the past 60 years.
Puronics has many employees that have been with the Company for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and more years. Our employees enjoy "fun" social items such as company sponsored lunches, happy hours, day at the ball park, etc.

Our compensation levels are based on job description, experience of the candidate, and the current market levels of compensation for that position. It is Puronics intent to offer competitive compensation and benefits that enable us to attract top talent.
Our employee benefits include:
Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401K plan with a 100% match up to 4% starting from the first day of employment, PTO and Paid Holidays. During the Great Recession, Puronics did cut back on PTO and Holiday benefits to enable the Company to keep people employed and stay profitable. The benefits have since been fully restored and both PTO and Holiday pay start accruing from the date of employment. In addition, Puronics has a Profit Sharing Plan that is based on the profitability of the Company.
Our management structure includes General Managers that run the day to day operations of the Company. Our CEO is obviously involved in managing the Company, but tends to operate at a more strategic level.
We encourage any employee that has concerns to reach out to their supervisor, or if that person is not responsive, to escalate to senior management. It is the policy at Puronics that all Senior Management at Puronics has an open door policy and you can discuss any issues with them in confidence.
