Great place to gain experience and learn how to work with tough cookies.

    Pros

Not much... I would advice against working here. Smaller company. Products are pretty good.

    Cons

Below average pay, sad benefits, horrible CEO, some illegal practices, not willing to invest in employees, cheap, shady business practices. CEO posted the only positive review on glass door which is indicative of how blind he is to his employees' moral.

    Advice to Management

I don't have any. Good luck.

    Pros

Great coworkers, willing to help you learn and share their knowledge to work as a team to achieve the great customer service.

    Cons

Management expects everyone to sell product no mater what your role in the company is. If they could find a way to make every position a sales and commission based position I feel they would.

    Advice to Management

Offer growth opportunities and programs to allow your employees to grow their skills more. Whether it's through the opportunities to attend conferences, classes, or college courses. Realize that everyone is not a sales type of personality and that they still hold and offer value that should be competitively compensated. Find a way to value your employees and their families.

    Pros

Once you start you quickly realize the managers don't care what you do as long as you do your job. This includes being on your phone talking to your co workers anything of that nature. The managers do little managing so this is why.

    Cons

The company's morale in the office is the lowest I've ever experienced. You clearly do not matter. An the only praise you will receive is if you sell something. So if your not a Sales Representative your out of luck! You generally are talked to by certain managers as if your an idiot. Also the certain office staff member's are very very noisy! They will barge in on your conversations and look at what you are doing at your computer. All in all dont take the job!

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate your staff more!

    Pros

Two positives I can think of, most of the employees are easy to get along with and fun to work with and there is flexibility for work life balance.

    Cons

PTO policy is the absolute worst I have ever come across. New employees only get one week of PTO the first year, no holiday pay for the first six months, and no additional time off for jury duty, bereavement, etc., it's all considered PTO. Pay is not competitive at all. No room for growth or development, CEO has ZERO respect for employees, and you can see that by the way he talks to his staff and interrogates them during meetings. The atmosphere in the office can be depressing, and it all starts from the top.

Please do think twice before considering accepting a job offer from this company.

    Advice to Management

Consider offering better benefits, which includes PTO/vacation, and treat employees with the respect they deserve, remember the Golden Rule "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you".

I worked at Puronics full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Longevity of employees allows for training on the product and business dynamic

    Cons

Long standing employees allow for little to zero growth. Outdated management, buying and business formula, holds the company back. CFO is constantly yelling and cussing about everything, from how awful Microsoft is to why someone did their daily job function. CEO/Owner refuses to listen to employees, even though spending hours in meetings

    Advice to Management

Update business model, hire some new blood with fresh ideas, listen to employees and get rid of grumpy CFO

    Pros

Solid pay, a lot of opportunity, good people, good support, many long term employees, short term employees find out quickly they are not made for this work and write a bad review. I enjoy my work and the people I work with.

    Cons

Working long hours, a lot is expected from you. If you're not willing to work hard, this isn't for you. People who complain are likely a result of a bad work ethic.

    Advice to Management

    Keep at it.
