      They pay in GBP and they provide the same teaching materials from Whale English.

      Cons

      The communication is poor. They scrutinize your teaching every month so that you don't get the bonuses. They don't have a lot of students on their books and are always changing their teacher incentive policies.

      I have had the pleasure of teaching at Purple Ruler for the past 4 months, from my personal experience, I have had the support of management and any concerns I had were addressed promptly. I really enjoy teaching at Purple Ruler!

      Pros

      None, I feel overworked and underpaid. Their management has dropped drastically. They judge everything you do and make sure that you’ll never get your bonus. The lessons are planned on ChatGPT and I spend way too much time editing slides because there is errors. I wouldn’t mind the abuse if they paid more

      Exploitation at its finest. When I first joined it was bad but now it’s just unbearable. They’re always looking for teachers because everyone uses them for 2 months out of desperation.
