Pros
Leaving my other job for this one was the best decision I've made! I have learned so much and feel supported by my co workers. I am a question asker and they have been extremely encouraging of it! This is the first time I have worked somewhere that there is no gossiping, no harsh words, everyone is great to one another. Even during stressful times everyone stays light hearted and laughs when we can while still taking their job seriously.
Cons
I can only think two! One - sometimes there is a communication break down between compliance and Customer Support - when it comes to certain procedures but as soon as some recognizes its an issue - we speak to our managers, we have a meeting and its corrected quickly - but some of it could be avoided if we had meetings together (both departments) when changes happen so we all have the same understanding and all the questions get asked that management or one of the departments didn't foresee. Two - the drive! But I signed but for it! And its totally worth it - having the cost co near my office helps alot with cheap gas!
