Pros

Good concept, professional signage, descent marketing.

Cons

Boys club! Could use a much more diverse way of thinking. This boys club is unorganized and poorly ran. Look at the reviews they are perfect. This means they are not genuine. I am ot sure if this will get published but if it does management needs to listen to the woman in the company.

Pros

Company has managed to initially attract some good agents due to new low-fee business model which includes providing leads so agents don't have to prospect. Thoughtfully addresses outdated real estate commission structure. Local team leader was the absolutely top-notch given circumstances.

Cons

Failed to deliver marketing support for US east coast. 3 months = 1 lead in my case for the most populous area outside of NYC. Huge agent turnover in NY, NJ and FL. More and more agents having to take on second jobs to survive. Constant senior and mid-management reshuffles create serious lack of confidence. Mandatory public oversharing of often difficult personal histories as part of training made for obvious distress among team-mates. Unhealthy focus on alcohol and alcoholic behavior during training and events than any organization I've been associated with. Not for the sober lifestyle.. Management unwilling to acknowledge or take accountability for ongoing difficulties in effort to maintain "positive" atmosphere associated with CA operations.
