      1. The founders were an integral part of the business 2. Lots of experience to be learnt as they moved from a monolith to distributed scalable architecture

      Cons

      I felt it went downhill when the initial founders were effectively ousted and new mgmt was introduced across all regions

      Our culture, values and ethics We are people focused as a business Updates are frequent so we have insight into the operation as a whole We have some great managers who care about your progression and success Collaboration

      Company benefits could be improved on as we transition from start up focus to national company
