      lots of culture, made best friends

      Cons

      They took advantage of the agents to make the bottom line. They put candy apples in front of us like stock options, but never exercised on them... .and in the end they went down. 80+ hour work weeks and tons of stress

      Company benefits could be improved on as we transition from start up focus to national company
