      Pros

      Work from home; no overtime. Good way to get some experience in lettings and move on to a better employer who offers better benefits and pay packet.

      Cons

      Lettings are a mess. Unhappy customers, high staff turnover, people being promoted to managarial roles who have no experience or people skills.

      Our culture, values and ethics We are people focused as a business Updates are frequent so we have insight into the operation as a whole We have some great managers who care about your progression and success Collaboration

      Company benefits could be improved on as we transition from start up focus to national company

      They shut down, there were no pros.

      They shut down and most of us were financially hurt from PB.
