No support at all. You are constantly chased to hit targets although the huge workload put on you - there are too many changes in the company that cause more harm than good - the workload is near impossible to get through and manage. Most of the role was spent taking inbounds (99% being complaints about the process and lack of communication - which we could not help as there was not enough time to speak to customers!) my mental health has been severely impacted by this job. It has caused me stress and anxiety. I was also told my role was at risk and never felt secure. I cannot imagine they will be in business much longer. DO NOT WORK HERE.
