Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate and value inputs from current and former employees. The company grew organically and has not raised any VC funding to date. It was an intention effort from the founders to ensure culture and direction is driven by the company's purpose of helping people do what they love rather than pressure from VC firms. For multiple years the company focused on growing the product and only recently they hired a sales leader to build out the department. As for the bonus structure, the leadership team spent a few months of work, research, and discussion that addressed a new bonus structure designed to give our staff the potential for higher earnings. I'm sorry that you feel there may be a negative impact and encourage you to discuss concerns with your manager or contact our HR department so we can work together and find a solution.
