Beware of Push. I wouldn't come back for double the salary.

Pros

Mostly friendly colleagues, remote is the only positive I can think of.

Cons

If you are interviewing here, please be very aware and do your research. Toxic company with below-market pay. I liked it when I first started, but the culture has gone way downhill. Leadership makes hiring decisions based on personal relationships rather than merit, and concerns raised by employees get dismissed instead of addressed. Even for double the salary I wouldn't come back. I hope they figure out what's driving the toxicity, because there are good people there who deserve better. There is only one common denominator when things continue to go downhill, and there is no amount of money I would accept to work for them again. FYI - you'll be working with somebody who has been convicted of assault (this is publicly available information online) , got an approved leave to go to jail, and came back and was promoted. Odd how that individual was a friend of the person hiring for the role. Toxic leadership All male sales/leadership team Disrespectful Low Pay with expected overtime

Pros

Push is a really fun and rewarding place to work! The leadership team has a strong vision for the future and has created a great culture. Your work is valued, and it’s an exciting stage of the company’s growth. Love it here!

Cons

As with many growing companies, priorities can shift quickly and processes are still evolving. Employees who enjoy a fast paced environment, taking ownership, and making an impact will thrive here. If you crave minimal change, routine and slower paced work environment, you may find it challenging.
