Low Pay, Long Hours, Understaffed, Unpaid Overtime, Executive Management is manipulative and untrustworthy, Customers constantly get taken advantage of without their knowing, HR department is the main contributor to gossip and drama within the company, Bad work environment, Lots of secrecy & closed door meetings.
They constantly take advantage of their employees and guilt them into working longer hours, without overtime pay!
If PAG can hire an intern to do your job at minimum wage pay, you can kiss your job goodbye!
I had multiple job titles within my 2 years at PAG. They are one of the worst companies I've ever worked for. The executives pretend to truly care about their employees, but they don't care about their employees, as long as the job gets done. Many attempts have been made by former employees to correct the problems at PAG and create a better work environment. Those people were looked at as "bad apples" and were fired or pushed out of the company.
If you are thinking of applying or have been offered a job by this company, I would run as fast as possible in the opposite direction.
Truly a nightmare.
