Putnam Accessory Group interview questions

I was interviewed by one department manager and the owner. The owner seemed preoccupied the entire interview and eventually left, prior to the interview being finished. Then another manager joined the interview. I found out, if hired, the manager that joined would be my manager. She was fired two months later, and I was expected to take over her job responsibilities, without a raise.
