A few pros: - Fast-paced "full-stack" hardware development, from design to (flight!) testing: everything that you work on will be tested in flight in a matter of weeks - Small, talented, enthusiast and agile team: great communication and transparency from management, and true respect for each other's time and ideas, with no ego or power play - Working towards clean aviation - Cool engineering product that is solidly anchored in business needs: the goal is not constantly shifting, we are working on what we think is the quickest solution to an existing problem - Focus and realism: good assessment of what can and should be outsourced.
