      - Pyka has the best people and culture I have seen in a very long time - The work here is fun, even when overwhelming - Catered individual lunches every day - Dogs in the office

      Cons

      - It's a startup, so lots of work, overtime, some long days (which is not a con for those who are excited about their work) - Some involvement in the defence sector

      A lot of good people that create a welcoming environment Great work-life balance for a start-up. Hit the ground running when you're at work but your time off is valued.

      Cons

      A lot of self-management. Given less of a schedule, and more of a list of items needed to be done, so not everyone's ideal work environment.
