Pros
if someone has to improve his telecom career this company provides ample technology to learn but for only freshers not good for experience people.Provides Onsite opportunity mostly to Afica where you can learn well in terms of client interaction and process.
Cons
Salary not on time, Allowances are also not given on time until and unless only when someone requests/reminds to the Finance team on regular basis , not good management.and most of the candidates are selected on favouritism , no proper refreshing facilities,inadequate parking place,other team members are not helpful to work and they tend to respond only when their managers order them to do so.
