      It has a great location, pays above most (if not all) QLD universities, and has a good work environment.

      Ongoing changes, expensive parking, people working in silos in some departments.

      Pros

      Great academic staff and students. Pods of real innovation that are world class.

      Cons

      Admin staff make life difficult and what can go wrong with each process will go wrong. Very soul destroying to have to battle endlessly just to get the most basic tasks approved.
