      Great students and flexibility, but management is lacking

      Pros

      Students are awesome. Those who attend classes value the time you spend with them. Flexible work arrangements. Wouldn’t survive without having WFH.

      Cons

      Management does not care about staff. Don’t ask for teaching resources as you’ll be told “no”. People in roles who should not be: either above their ability; or the position has gone to their head.
