      Supportive direct report, good team environment in the ARC BITA Centre, working with students to help them improve and achieve their professional and academic goals/pursuits.

      Cons

      Office / inter-departmental politics, common to most of academia I think.

      Pros

      Great academic staff and students. Pods of real innovation that are world class.

      Cons

      Admin staff make life difficult and what can go wrong with each process will go wrong. Very soul destroying to have to battle endlessly just to get the most basic tasks approved.
