What I love about working for Appsbroker -
The people are so friendly and lovely to work with. I have never worked anywhere quite like Appsbroker where every person you speak to stops for a friendly chat. You get to know everyone in the business on a professional and personal level even the directors and the owner of the company!
It's such a fun place to work, it's not every day you get to play horse polo for our annual summer social event and if you want to get away from your desk, go play some pool or table tennis in the games room.
My role in Appsbroker can vary each day, not every day is the same for me but I like that Appsbroker trusts me enough to try new skills, even if that means trying a bit of DIY around the office!
Cons
I can't think of any cons for my role but know that limited parking can be an issue around the Old Town area for many employees.

Thank you for taking the time to post this review on Glassdoor. As you know we have been working hard with everyone in our business to make Appsbroker a great place to work. We spend a lot of time everyday in the workplace and we want it to be as enjoyable, open and collaborative as possible. Really appreciate your contribution.

Mary
Great team!! The collaboration and support to ensure customer success is outstanding. The customer is always first culture rings loud from top down. The culture is fun, hard and smart working and family supportive. The future is so bright and opportunity immense.
Cons
We’re growing very fast and several companies came together at once. Growing pains are both a great thing and a challenge. Backend processes will get addressed.
- The team here is collaborative and genuinely cares about each other. Management is approachable and encourages open communication.
- With the recent acquisitions and all of the integrations necessary to merge resources and priorities -- they are open to all feedback and take it seriously. I feel like it's a team effort.
- I am a relatively new hire, and I truly believe there is no ceiling to the impact one person can make to the success of the organization. I believe each persons experience is valued and it is recognized.
Cons
- Processes are constantly evolving as the company scales, which sometimes means adapting to changes in workflow.
