      Pros

      They are not a startup, but rather a company expanding its operations with big dreams for the Manila office. Management is trusting Manila to become one of our largest teams for Managed and Professional services, offering a competitive salary in the market.

      Cons

      My primary concern is the performance of the Philippine team. As a new entity in the company, our stability relies on employee performance and management’s ability to support the team so they can deliver to their full potential. Philippine employees are looking for something worth staying for long-term. They want a company that will take care of their future, and hopefully, they will be able to find it with this employer.

      Pros

      Great team!! The collaboration and support to ensure customer success is outstanding. The customer is always first culture rings loud from top down. The culture is fun, hard and smart working and family supportive. The future is so bright and opportunity immense.

      Cons

      We’re growing very fast and several companies came together at once. Growing pains are both a great thing and a challenge. Backend processes will get addressed.
